Effective as of January 1, 2025. These terms govern participation in FinCon-Philippines and interaction with our digital platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing FinCon-Philippines platforms or attending the conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and other applicable policies.
2. Eligibility
Participation is limited to approved delegates, partners, and media representatives. The organizing committee may decline participation requests without obligation to provide reasons.
3. Registration & Confirmation
Delegates must complete the registration process communicated by the concierge team. Confirmation is valid only upon receipt of written acknowledgment from FinCon-Philippines.
4. Delegate Conduct
Delegates are expected to act with professionalism, respect, and cultural sensitivity. The organizing committee may revoke access for disruptive or unlawful behavior.
5. Program Changes
FinCon-Philippines may adjust speakers, schedules, and formats at any time. Substitute sessions will maintain comparable educational value whenever feasible.
6. Intellectual Property
All conference content, including presentations, materials, and branding elements, remains the property of FinCon-Philippines or respective licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
7. Recording & Photography
Delegates may not record or photograph sessions without prior consent. Official media teams capture event highlights for post-event distribution.
8. Confidentiality
Chatham House rules apply to designated sessions. Delegates must not attribute statements to specific individuals without written approval.
9. Security & Access
Access credentials are non-transferable. Security protocols must be followed, including identity verification and badge display within the venue.
10. Third-Party Links
Our platforms may reference third-party services. FinCon-Philippines is not responsible for external content or practices.
11. Disclaimers
Conference content is for informational purposes only. Decisions made based on shared insights remain the responsibility of the delegate’s organization.
12. Limitation of Liability
FinCon-Philippines is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or reliance on provided information.
13. Force Majeure
Event delivery may be impacted by circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, FinCon-Philippines will implement alternative arrangements whenever possible.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes shall be resolved amicably; otherwise, they may be brought before competent courts in Makati City.
