This policy defines how cancellations, credential transfers, and schedule adjustments are managed for confirmed delegates.
2. Delegate Cancellation Requests

3. Review Timeline
Our concierge team reviews cancellation requests within five business days and provides confirmation of status and next steps.
4. Substitution Policy
Organizations may nominate a substitute delegate of similar seniority. The request must include updated contact details for credential issuance.
5. Partial Attendance
Delegates who attend only part of the conference remain subject to the participation terms agreed during registration.
6. Event Adjustments
If program elements change due to unforeseen circumstances, FinCon-Philippines will offer alternative sessions of comparable relevance.
7. Force Majeure
In cases such as natural disasters or public health directives, the organizing committee may reschedule or transition to hybrid delivery formats.
8. Communication Channels
All updates regarding cancellations or schedule changes are communicated via email and posted on the official event portal.
9. Documentation Requirements
Supporting documents may be requested for cancellations related to health, travel restrictions, or institutional mandates.
10. Group Delegations
Group coordinators should consolidate requests and liaise with a dedicated concierge to manage substitutions or schedule revisions.
